Transient Meetings (Provider to Provider)
Note there is no record kept of transient meetings. They are used to facilitate communication between Providers and/or Coordinators but not related to appointments and will not include Patients
- From the left-hand menu, click on “Providers.”
- A list of your available providers will appear on the right side of the screen.
Select a Communication Method
Next to each provider's name, you will see two options:
- Messaging on the left
- Video Conferencing on the right.
Messaging
- Click the “Message” Icon to open a secure chat window with the selected provider.
- This feature allows you to:
- Send and receive text messages
- Share documents or images
- Review message history
Video Conferencing
- Click “Video Conferencing” to enter a live video session with the provider.
- This feature functions similarly to a patient video appointment, allowing for real-time communication and consultation.
When to Use Each Option
- Messaging is ideal for general questions, document sharing, and follow-ups that do not require a live discussion.
- Video Conferencing is best used for real-time conversations, consultations, or more urgent matters that benefit from face-to-face interaction.
