Provider & Coordinator Account Settings
Navigating Your Account Menu
Click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the home page to access key account options:
- Account Settings: Open your settings menu to manage account details.
- Help: Access the support and help resources provided by eNOW.
- Privacy Policy: Review eNOW’ s privacy policy and data handling practices.
Log Out: Sign out of your eNOW account.
My Account Page
Click the “Account settings” button to navigate to the My Account page
The My Account page allows patients to:
- Upload, change, or delete their profile picture
- Edit personal profile information
- Select their preferred display language (English or Spanish)
- Set their time zone for scheduling purposes
- Permanently delete their account using the Delete Account button
Editing Profile Details
Within the Edit Profile section, users can update the following personal information:
- Profile Picture
- Profile Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Medical Specialties
- Languages Spoken
Click the “Edit” button across from the Profile Details header:
Complete or update the required fields for Profile Details, indicated by a red “*”:
- Both Medical Specialties and Languages Spoken fields act as drop-down menu’s which allow for multiple selections.
After making any updates, select “Save Changes” to apply the updates.
License to Practice
Users can select which country or states they have active medical licenses in.
- Click the “Edit” button across from the License to Practice:
- Users may add additional licenses for different regions of the world as needed by clicking on the “+ Add license” button.
After making any updates, select “Save Changes” to apply the updates.
Language Preferences
Users can select between English and Spanish as the display language in the app. This can be changed at any time from the menu settings.
After making any updates, select “Save Changes” to apply the updates.
Time Zone Settings
Users can set or update their time zone for accurate scheduling:
- Choose from a complete list of global time zones
- Alternatively, enable an Automatic Time Zone to allow the app to detect and apply the correct time zone based on your location
- After making a selection, click "Save Changes "
Delete Account
Users can permanently delete their eNow accounts as needed.
- Account access will be permanently revoked if deleted.
Calendar
As a Provider you will Also have the option to edit your calendar
- Click the “Calendar” tab on the left to:
- Change your time zone.
- Set or edit your availability for sessions.
- Integrate your Outlook or Gmail Calendar.
Daily Availability
Click the “Edit” button across from the Daily Availability header.
- Adjust the available time blocks per day as needed.
- Save your updates to apply the changes.
Keeping your time zone and availability settings accurate ensures smooth coordination with patients and prevents scheduling conflicts.

Calendar Integrations
Click the “+ Connect Account” button under the Calendar Integrations section.
Follow the on-screen prompts specific to your email provider to log into and connect your email account to the eNow platform.
Notification Settings
Under the Notifications section of account settings, users can manage how and when they receive alerts:
- Add or edit email addresses and phone numbers for notifications
- Adjust in-app notifications
- Set reminder preferences for upcoming sessions or activities
Click on the “Notifications” tab to adjust these settings.
