Request Appointment with a Patient
1. Select “Schedule Session”
Begin by clicking the Schedule Session button on your dashboard.
2. Enter Session Details
Fill in the necessary session information:
- Service Type – You can change this by selecting Change Service.
- Appointment Type – To modify, click Change Type.
- Duration – Adjust the time by selecting Change Duration.
- Patient – To select or update the patient, click Change Patient.
3. Choose Date and Time
Scroll down to select the desired date and time.
4. Upload Supporting Documents (Optional)
If you have any documents that may be useful during the call, you can upload them directly.
Click on Choose Files, and you will be able to select the desired files.
5. Schedule the Visit
Once all details are complete, click “Schedule visit” to finalize and book the session.
6. Confirmation Prompt
After successfully scheduling, a confirmation prompt will appear in the top-right corner indicating the session has been scheduled.
7. View Scheduled Session
The session will now appear when you go to the dashboard.
