Getting Started: Register Your Product (Email Link)
Step 1: Click the Activation Link
Open the activation email sent to your registered email address.
- Look for an email from “DoNotReply@encounterservices.com”
- Click on the activation link provided in the message.
- This will take you to the eNOW account setup page.
Step 2: Create Your Password
On the account setup screen:
- Enter and re-enter a secure password that meets the listed requirements.
- Once both fields are filled, click “Create Account.”
Step 3: Log In to Your Account
After creating your password:
- Click the “Log In Now” button to continue to the login screen.
- Use your email and new password to log in.
