Scheduling an Appointment (Coordinator)
As a Coordinator, you have the ability to schedule appointments between Providers and Patients directly from your dashboard. Follow the steps below to successfully set up a session:

Schedule a Session
From your dashboard, click on the “Schedule Session” button located at the top right corner.
Fill in Appointment Details
Complete the required fields:
- Service – Select the service being provided.
- Appointment Type – Choose the type of consultation (e.g., virtual, in-person).
- Duration – Specify how long the appointment will last.
- Provider – Choose the appropriate Provider from the dropdown.
- Patient – Select the Patient who will attend the session.
- Select Date and Time
Use the calendar tool to choose the preferred date and time for the appointment. Please note that the date and time are subject to availability.
- Attach Documentation (Optional)
If needed, you can upload and attach any relevant documentation for the session.
- Finalize the Appointment
Once all details are entered:
Click “Schedule Visit” to confirm and save the appointment. Or click “Cancel” if you do not wish to proceed.
