Using Two-Factor Authentication

Follow the steps below to use Two-factor Authentication.

Signing In

  1. Navigate to https://mcra.encounterservices.com/login.
  2. Enter your email address and click Next.
  3. Enter Phone number on the field and click Send code.
  4. Enter the 6-digit verification code received from SMS and click Verify.
  5. Once you have verified your phone number, you will be able to access your dashboard.
