Step 1: Navigate to the "Schedule Session" Screen
From the Dashboard, click on the "Schedule session" button
Step 2: Adjust the Appointment Details
Click on the "Change Service", "Change Type", or "Change Duration" buttons to adjust the appointment details.
IMPORTANT:
- Service - The category of appointment to be scheduled
- Intitial Consult
- Follow-up Consult
- Type - The form of communication within the appointment
- Chat - Chat ONLY
- Video - Voice, Video, and Chat
- Duration - The anticipated length of the appointment
- 15 Minutes
- 30 Minutes
- 45 Minutes
Click the "Save" button when you have adjusted your desired settings
Step 3: Add the Patient
Click on the "Patient" button to select the patient that you would like to schedule with.
IMPORTANT: You may search your list of assigned patients or scroll through your list.
Select your patient and click the "Save" button.
Step 4: Select a Date and Time
Choose a Date on the left side of the screen. Once selected, choose a date that works for you and the patient.
IMPORTANT: The available times to meet with the patient may vary between dates due to pre-scheduled appointments and availability selected within the "Calendar" settings.
Step 5: Add Attachments and Schedule the Visit
Choose a Date on the left side of the screen. Once selected, choose a date that works for you and the patient.
IMPORTANT:
- Adding attachments is not a requirement.
- Only .jpg, .jpeg, .svg, .png, and .pdf can be uploaded to the appointment.
Step 6: Sign the Release of Information Document (Initial Consult ONLY) and Join the Session
When it is time to join your scheduled appointment, click on the designated session to open the session details.
- IMPORTANT: If the scheduled appointment is an Initial Consult, you will be required to sign the Release of Information document that the patient completed prior to joining the session. If the Release of Information document has already been signed, you will see the "Join video session" button appear.
Access Release of Information:
Click the "Open document" button to view the Release of Information document
Click the "Join video session" when you are ready to start the appointment.
A new browser tab will open. Click the "Start session" button to join the appointment.
IMPORTANT: If the patient joins ahead of time, they will be placed in a waiting room until the "Start session" button has been clicked.
