Log in + Password Help
Step 1: Enter Your Email Address
- On the login screen, enter the email address used to create your eNOW account.
Step 2: Submit Your Email
- After entering your email, click the “Next” button to proceed.
Step 3: Enter Your Password
- Enter your eNOW password in the password field.
- Toggle the “
/
” icon within the password field to reveal or hide your password.
- Click the "Forgot Password?" link if you don't remember your password and need to reset it.
- Toggle the “
Step 4: Log In
- Once your password is entered, click “Log In” to access your account.
Step 5: Change Language (Optional)
- To view the login and menu screens in another language, click the “English” button in the top-left corner of the login page and select your preferred language.
First time Log in. (Patient)
- Approve the End-User License Agreement (EULA).
- Complete required fields for Profile Details, indicated by a red “*”:
- First name
- Last name
- Date of birth – MM/DD/YYYY
- Sex assigned at birth
Insurance information may be submitted at a later time if required.
Setting Your Time Zone
To ensure your appointments are scheduled correctly, it's important to select the appropriate time zone.
- Click “Change time zone”
- You will be presented with a list of all available global time zones.
- Select Your Time Zone
- Choose the time zone that matches your current location.
- Alternatively, select “Automatic time zone” to allow the system to detect and apply your current time zone automatically.
Save Your Changes
After selecting the correct time zone, click “Save changes” to apply the update.

- Complete required fields for Profile Details, indicated by a red “*”:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Medical Specialties
- Licenses to Practice

Managing Your Calendar (Provider)
Providers can further manage their availability through the Account Settings section.
Go to Account Settings
Navigate to your account settings by clicking on your profile in the top-right corner of the screen; click, “Account Settings”.- Open the Calendar
Click “Calendar” on the sidebar on the left side of the screen.- The calendar section allows providers to:
- View and adjust their current time zone
Edit daily availability for each day of the week
- The calendar section allows providers to:
- Edit Your Availability
- Click the “Edit” button.
- Adjust the available time blocks per day as needed.
- Save your updates to apply the changes.
- Click the “Edit” button.
Keeping your time zone and availability settings accurate ensures smooth coordination with patients and prevents scheduling conflicts.
