Overview: By signing in to your GlobalMed Help Account, you'll be able to view and update all current and past requests. This guide will quickly walk you through logging in and how to review all Open/Historical requests.
Step 1: Click on the Sign In link located in the top right of the web page as shown below:
Step 2: Enter in your email address and password into the appropriate field and click submit.
Alternatively, you may also sign in with one of the provided Single Sign On (SSO) options provided.
Step 3: Upon successful login, you'll be taken to the main page of the Knowledge Base. To access your current and historical requests, click on your "Name" in the top right of the web page followed by the "My activities" menu option as shown below:
Step 4: From the My requests page, either filter your requests using the "Status" sorting menu or select the request you wish review as shown below:
