Step 1: Access IDA Healthcare eNow website
Click on the link below to access the IDA Healthcare eNow Platform:
https://ida-virtual-clinic.encounterservices.com/
Step 2: Enter your credentials
Enter your email address and click Siguiente; or continue using your Google or Microsoft account to log-in.
Step 3: Enter your password
Enter your password into the Password field and click the "Inciciar Sesión" button.
IMPORTANT: If you have forgotten your password:
- Click the "¿Olvidó su contraseña?" button
- Verify your email address is correct
- Click the "Enviar correo electrónico" button
- Check your email for the password reset link
See a Provider Now Appointments
Step 1: Toggle the “See provider now” function
From the Dashboard, Click the “On-demand requests” button to toggle the “See provider now” function.
IMPORTANT: The toggle MUST be turned off when ending your workday. If the toggle is still active after signing off, you will still receive on-demand notifications via text and email.
Step 2: Accept or decline the “On-demand” appointment
When an On-demand appointment is submitted, you will receive an audible notification [Ping], and the sidebar will automatically open for you to accept or decline the appointment.
IMPORTANT: You will still receive a text and email notification when the appointment is submitted.
Step 3: Join the “On-demand” session
After accepting the “On-demand” appointment, a new tab will automatically open. Click the “Iniciar Sesión” button.
Step 4: Join the call
Once the session has been joined, adjust your audio/video settings as needed. Click the “Unirse a la llamada” button to join the call with the patient.
IMPORTANT: Continue to the "Navigating a Session" section for further guidance.
Scheduled Appointments
Step 1: Receive the request
After a patient requests to schedule a future appointment, you will see it populate on the dashboard with the orange tag: “Pendiente de aprobación”
After it has been approved by the coordinator, it will appear as an upcoming appointment without a tag.
Step 2: Join the session
Click on the appointment to open the session details when you are nearing the appointment start time.
Once the session details open, click the “Unirse a la sessión de video” button to join the session.
After joining the scheduled appointment, a new tab will automatically open. Click the “Iniciar Sesión” button.
Step 3: Toggle your local settings
After joining the call, you have the option to:
- Switch camera (if multiple cameras are selectable)
- Turn camera on/off
- Turn microphone on/off
- Turn sound on/off
- Leave the call
These settings may be changed at any more in time during the call.
Step 4: Join the call
Once your audio and video settings have been adjusted as needed, click the “Unirse a la llamada” button to join the call with the patient.
Navigating a Session
Step 1: Toggle your local settings
After joining the call, you have the option to:
- Switch camera (if multiple cameras are selectable)
- Turn camera on/off
- Turn microphone on/off
- Turn sound on/off
- Leave the call
These settings may be changed at any more in time during the call. In addition, you will be able to change your audio and video inputs.
Step 2: Session Options
There are 4 options to select from on the lower right side of the screen while in a call:
- Chat
- Archivos adjuntos
- Detalles de la consulta

To close the side window:
- For larger screens - click on the same icon again

For smaller screens - Click on the 3 dots on the center menu of the screen
Toggle between the menus or click the active menu to minimize the sidebar
Step 3: Chat Function
Click on the "Chat" icon to open the chat menu. Here you can interact with the patient via text chat, as well as send attachments to them directly.
Step 4: Document Function
Click on the "Archivos adjuntos" icon to open the document menu. Here you can view any pre-filled documents that may have been required for the appointment.
IMPORTANT: IDA Healthcare does not actively use digital documents that are required for patients or providers. This will show "No hay documentos adjuntos".
Step 5: Session Details
Click on the "Detalles de la consulta" icon to open the Session Details menu. here, you will be able to view the session ID (# below Detalles de la consulta) and 3 additional tabs:
- Síntomas - View the symptoms reports by the patient
- Resumen - Add Visit Notes and Discharge Notes
- Click the "+ Agregar nota de consulta" button to add a Visit Note
- Click the "+ Agregar instrucciones" button to add a Discharge Instruction
- Documentos - View documents that were uploaded during the appointment request
- The Insurance Card and Photo ID will automatically upload from the patient's profile
Adding Consult Notes:
1. Click the "+ Agregar nota de consulta" button to add a Visit Note
2. Select "NOTA MEDICA" from the dropdown menu and click the "Continuar" button
3. Add your notes and click "Agregar note de consulta" button
4. Click on the submitted note to view it, or click the "+ Agregar nota de consulta" button to add an additional note.
Adding Discharge Notes:
1. Click the "+ Agregar instrucciones" button to add a Discharge Instruction
2. Add your notes and click "Agregar instrucciones" button
3. The discharge note will be viewable from the "Resumen" tab.click the "Editar" button to edit or add additional notes.
Step 5: End the call
When ending the session, click the red phone icon to select how you would like to end the call.
There are 3 selections to choose from when ending the call.
- Salir de la llamada: Ends the call just for you (to be used when requesting a follow-up appointment)
- Finalizar llamada para todos: Ends the call for everyone

Programar seguimiento: Requests a coordinator to join the session to schedule the follow-up appointment
After clicking this button, a notification will appear in the top right corner letting you know that the request has been sent.
- After seeing the notification, click the “Salir de la llamada” button to leave the call. A coordinator will join the patient when they are available.
